Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original box and secure them within a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship to Bathu

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
